            April's Networking Events in Orlando

We’re three months into the new year and patterns can start to shape the trajectory of your goals.

Your calendar may be filled with meetings, events, and coffee catch-ups, however, these scheduled activities don’t always translate into movement.

There’s a version of networking that’s common and feels productive in the moment. You show up, attend the events, make the connections and then move on to the next scheduled calendar event, but fail to follow up. As you execute on the calendar events, it feels like momentum, but often it’s only motion, and the difference between the two is where real opportunity grows or disappears.

The answer isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what you do with intentionality.

Staying in conversations longer, asking better questions, and following through within a day can turn your interactions into something meaningful. Instead of spreading yourself across dozens of networking connections, go deeper with a few that matter. Revisit the conversations you’ve already started. Send the message you said you would. Schedule the coffee. Reopen the loop. More often than not, the opportunity you’re looking for is already within reach, waiting on the other side of a conversation you never finished.

Those around me often describe me as a passionate community-builder, connector, prolific networker, and inspirational speaker. My passion for cultivating life-giving communities extends beyond my work as I serve on the Citrus Club Young Executive Board, and The Leadership Council of Junior Achievement of Central FL. I grew up in a family of seven in Massachusetts and have spent 10 years in customer service-centered roles, starting in hospitality at the age of 15. My sales career led me to Orlando in 2020, where I became a multi-million-dollar producer at Capital Office Furniture followed by playing a key role in growing the Citrus Club’s Young Executive Member Base to an all-time record percentage. Throughout my time in Orlando, I have made it my mission to build a community of influence, growth, collaboration, transformation, and belonging. My Core Values: | Honor | Integrity | Intentionality | Authenticity | Excellence | Welcome to the circle of social belonging ⭕️ 👥
