Two months into 2026, and it’s just you.
Your habits, your calendar, and the conversations you’ve been putting off.
1. Follow up with someone you met in January or February. Not to sell, to continue the relationship.
2. Choose one room that stretches you. If it feels slightly intimidating, it’s probably the right one.
3. Make one introduction with no agenda. Build long-term relational equity.
4. Stay in one conversation longer than usual. Depth > performance.
5. Audit your calendar. Are you attending rooms… or hiding in them?
