We’re thrilled to announce that Siria Andino has joined The Orlando Life as our Director of Style & Culture.
Siria’s focus on fashion radiates in a way that is intentional, expressive and connected to something much deeper. After meeting her initially at one of our events in June of last year, we reached out in March of this year to see if she’d be interested in contributing to the O.
At The Orlando Life, we believe that people are Orlando’s greatest asset. They’re the soul of the city, the driving force behind its culture, and the reason it continues to evolve in such exciting ways. That belief is the foundation of everything we do and we eventually discovered that that’s what drew Siria to us.
“I’m fascinated by The Orlando Life because of its people-centered approach,” Siria says. “A lot of publications are focused on advertising or surface level business stories. But this brand wants to tell the stories behind the people. That’s what makes it so special.”
Fashion became Siria’s language early on in middle school at a time when she didn’t have access to the latest brand names. She borrowed and thrifted and used her resources to find who she was through fashion and it all started with a green dress.

That language continues to carry on in everything she does and it’s that passion and intentionality she plans to bring to this new role. “I want to give voice to what’s happening behind the scenes with the local designers, the runway shows, the creative minds producing events here,” she says. “Orlando’s fashion scene is growing, and this is the perfect time to document it.”
Siria joins us at a moment of transformation for Orlando. The city is evolving economically and culturally. From underground movements in fashion and art to a new generation of creators demanding more authenticity, the culture is shifting. The Orlando Life exists to capture that evolution. And with Siria’s vision, we’ll go even deeper into how style and identity intersect with the people shaping this place.
“I feel like I made the right choice,” Siria adds. “Orlando is changing. People are craving more meaning, and connection. This is exactly what this publication is about. It’s a good fit.”
We couldn't agree more.
With Siria Andino as our Director of Style & Culture, we’re strengthening our commitment to elevating Orlando’s local identity.
